-The Foundation level (Level one) is
an introduction to the applications of CCTV and covers Cameras
and Lenses, CCTV Transmission, Switching and Control Systems,
Video Multiplexers
and Video Recorders, Data Protection Act (1998) and Fault Finding.
Trainees will participate in a one-hour practical session to gain
hands-on experience.
Itinery
-The Intermediate level (Level two) is
aimed at Installers with a considerable amount of experience within the CCTV
industry.
The course covers Cameras and Lenses, Coaxial Telemetry, Twisted Pair Cable
in CCTV Systems, Integrated Domes, Digital Recording, Remote Monitoring of
CCTV
Systems and Free-Space Transmission of video signals.
Itinery
-The Advanced level (Level three) is
aimed at Installers with years of experience within the
CCTV industry. The course covers
Fibre-Optic Transmission, Use of an Oscilloscope for measurement and fault
diagnosis on video signals, Network CCTV, Remote Monitoring
of CCTV Systems and Performance
Testing of CCTV Systems.

The courses will be held at the company's
head office in West Yorkshire and will be lead by Videcon's
Technical Manager, Ian Farr. Places are limited to 10 people
per course to ensure that all delegates acheive the most from
the day.
All levels start at 9.30am and finish
at 5.00pm with a 1-hour break for lunch, which is provided
on the day.
On successful completion each individual
will receive a certificate and a complete set of course reference
notes. |
